BE Impactful Foundation is a purpose-driven nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities through connection, culture and shared resources. We operate in a unique spaces where culture and social infrastructure intersect.
While advocacy, social services, and networking are important, our work focuses on creating spaces where relationships are built, resources are shared, and individuals are empowered to grow. Through cultural gatherings, wellness initiatives, educational programming, and community-focused events, we strive to uplift those who have historically faced barriers to opportunity, while fostering environments where everyone who is passionate about the strength of community can belong.

At BE Impactful, community engagement is our driving force. We are dedicated to collaborating with local residents, businesses, and organizations to co-create thriving and sustainable communities. Through strategic initiatives that address pressing needs, promote economic growth, enhance social cohesion, preserve cultural heritage, we aim to empower communities to shape their own destinies and build a brighter, more inclusive future for everyone.
We call this the BEnevolence movement; the art of spreading love, positivity, and kindness to uplift and strengthen one’s community.

In 2021, Deron Gadsden started BE Impactful with a passion for advocacy and a mission leave a positive legacy. Now, the BE Impactful team has grown both in number and in strength—each person with unique and dynamic contributions that support our mission.
